Only to new customers, anyone whom hasn't had Sky within the last 12 months or not had Sky at all.

Upgrades I'm unable to help with, but if you need any pointers drop me a PM.

I've just called up and been through the annual cancellation charade. As usual 50% offer waiting in my sky immediately afterwards. What's the best deal to wait for at the moment? I'm currently on full package with Sky Q at £52 a month, which was 50% off for 12 months plus the full £12 for Sky Q. 60% off with £50 would be nice, I normally crack and take the 50% though.

Tried going on the chat to ask if they'd improve on the 50% offer I had.

Got a quick no. But at least it was quick. smile

Probably not paying enough to get more, I've only got Sky Sports, not HD even.

Debated getting Sky for new home in November but the prices are ridiculous! Think will stick with just freeview and get fibre elsewhere.

if you keep an eye out/ ask on here, people can usually come up with some form of deal for you.

at the moment I'm on full sports + movies + hd for £30.42/month for 12 months, which was cheaper than I could even get bt tv (without sports/movies!). I watch- Game of thrones, a bit of football (maybe 1 match a month) and the F, pretty much everything else is freeview channels, so wouldnt hesitate to get rid of it at the end of the deal and certainly wont entertain the full price package.

Went with the 50% offer eventually yesterday. Gives me another 12 months to sort out the aerial.

I dare say it won't be the last time.

See I would pay that but going through the sky site it comes up as about 60/70 a month!

PM bagga above if your a new customer, a lot of these deals are only for new customers. a fellow PH'er sorted my deal out for me, usually do way better deals (aka friends and family!) that you wont get on the sky website!

Afternoon guys currently looking for some help with getting a new sky Q account. I need broadband and tv currently best deal I'm been offered is £82 for all tv (box sets, movies, sports, etc) plus unlimited fibre broadband.

Seems quite steep can anyone suggest a way to get a better deal as a new customer?

instead of increasing to 60% off, my offer has reduced to 40% off. Well played, Sky

Any new customers wanting sky, I have discounts available for the Original, Variety and Box Set bundles.

PM your number across and I'll get in touch, all available with the Sky Q box.

I'm a long time customer with Sky. Currently we have Sky+ HD, phone, broadband and the box sets bundle for £77pm.

I've called up to discuss new deals and I'm being offered £59pm for the same set of services or £80pm to go to Sky Q with one Mini. Sky Q would be better for us I think.

Should I be able to get a better deal than that?

Cheers, Steve.

I have the same bundle, I had it through a deal for a year at £45 and now thats ended its £77 like you. I used the chat function and got £15 off, said its still a lot and they upped it to £17.40 discount so leave me paying £59.60. I wasn't offered any SkyQ options.

Sucks a little as there is a new customer deal on the website front page for the boxsets, phone, broadband and skyQ for £51 - meaning I have yo pay more for the older box. why are all these companies always geared up to get new customers than to look after the existings ones

so that seems to he the going rate at the moment. literally the only exclusive channel I use on there is the discovery channel - so I might just go freeSat instead and do without.

Just cancel and you'll immediately get the 50% off for 12 months offer in My Sky. This doesn't include Sky Q which is always the additional £12, plus whatever setup charges you negotiate.

For example, if your TV package at full price costs £80, it will reduce to £40, or £52 inc Sky Q, for 12 months.
