LG PQ6000 plasma tv problem

I know this should be in the TV section but it's dead in there,you all watch tv,s so you might have had a similar problem?Watching tv tonight and suddenly screen splits in two vertically,left side of screen at top says "XD on"and right hand side at top says "XD Off"TV image is complete in teh background but the split in the screen differs at both sides,one has colours all over it,the right less so.I can switch tv on or off but that's it,cant access menu or change channels!!Help!I cant find my cd manual 'and' can't find original receipt for tV so place i bought it can't help either till i find it!
