Given that we were at 15 confirmed within 24hours, I updated Poole Tourism with progress so far, and the lady has come back and said she'll therefore take a risk that we'll get to 50, and has just confirmed July 27th as a TVR night! It will be on their website shortly (but as of posting, not yet). http://www.pooleview.co.uk/CarQuay.htmWoohoo. Another formal TVR event for 2012!!! So let's get rattling those TVR networks and get EVERYONE down to Poole for the evening. I'll contact the TVRCC as well, so that the event can be added to their magazine. Just wondering if we should gate-crash the Porsche event to show them what they are missing? haha (joking....) Mike

I'm up for this. Chassis being sorted along with new lights and hood/carpets in April/May so should easily be back on the road by then :-)

This means that all the chaps with roofs can come as well - normally we pitch up at the "Open Top Sportscars" date, and there's always a few who aren't allowed in...

Yes I have....I was born in Poole, and live in Bournemouth Bear in mind that they actually close the quay on the evening for this event, and "unrope" the limited parking, so we'd have the length of the quay from outside Corkers, up to the roundabout by the old Pottery. I know it's not enormous, but certainly plenty of room for 50 carefully parked TVRs. Although I like the idea of the barges, but won't be volunteering my Cerb for a swim......  Anyway, as we increase the numbers more, I'll be working with Poole Tourism to further advertise the event, and we can sort specific logistics nearer the time. So far, we're looking good! Mike
