Oh what a great morning . Perfect weather, good to mix with a load of nutters like myself who get up half way through the night to make a lot of noise in their P&J. Especially you NOISY,censoredme your car certainly lives up to its name! Thanks to all who organised it & thanks to Chevy-Stu who led me to Brooklands. Hope you all got home safely & roll on the next one clap

Fantastic day team brilliant effort to all the drivers that managed to make it out and sorry if you didnt manage to make it home under your own steam. Comedy moment for me was talking to the chap who had broken down in the polo waiting for the tunnel to open. Went to switch mine on only to find it wouldn't start. :P

Paul i did say i didnt want to be anywhere near you as i knew it would hurt. How tge hell did you manage to find me almost all the time !!

I managed to get a couple of pics too

looking forward to next year or sooner if anyone fancies it.

Despite the poor start by me. I had a great day. Thanks once again Mr Chips. You even had the weather on your side!

I'm a bit knackered now. You may want to see some of what I took:

What a great day!!! Well done to all the organisers

Quote of the day: Guy in high viz jacket working on roadworks in City of London when we were pretty much at front of convoy "Wow a TVR. You don't see many of them these days." Strange, I was just thinking that about people actually working on roadworks! smile

What an absolutely fantastic morning. Well done do those who organised this... great work. A fantastic idea to finish at Brooklands as well Just when I thought the day could not get any better I saw a Ferrari 250 GTO and a Beneton F1 car go round the track at Mercedes Benz World thumbup

Here are a few casual snaps from me...

Gutted.. Looks like it was amazing.

On the "plus" side.. My clutch was a lack of fluid, other than black sludge, nothing actually dead. Yet.
