Hi Mike. I have all the the tickets. We will meet up before hand on Sunday and I shall issue them out. To get numbers up post in General TVR Gassing.

I did think about posting in the general TVR forum but assumed my post would just get moved here.

3. ENTRY ON TO THE LONG WALK (see Map)
THERE IS NO RIGHT HAND TURN FROM ALBERT ROAD (A308) ON TO THE LONG WALK.
Therefore we strongly recommend you approach Windsor from either junction 6 of the M4 or from Ascot. Should you approach from the other direction you will be required to continue onto the roundabout and take exit 4 before turning left into the Long Walk.
IT IS A TIGHT TURN LEFT ONTO THE LONG WALK SO PLEASE TAKE IT WITH CARE.
4. EXIT FROM THE LONG WALK (see Map)
On leaving the Concours please be aware that you will only be able to turn left onto the A308. No right hand turn will be permitted. Car movement is only permissable once the Cambridge gates have closed. Exit will be in reverse order of arrival—those nearest Albert Road will leave first.
EXIT TIME: 1730.
5. MARSHALS
There will be a ClubMarshal to greet you under the direction of the TrafficManager and the Club Car Steward on the entry to The Long Walk. They will guide you EITHER to your parking position or the holding area. In the holding area there will be a further Club Marshal who will direct you at the appropriate time to move forward to your parking position. Two further Club Marshals will be responsible for directing you into your spot for the day.
THERE MUST BE NO TURNING ON THE GRASS—PLEASE REVERSE PARK IN ONE MOVEMENT.
6. ACCESS TO THE EVENT
Either a day ticket or a hospitality package pass (accompanying these instructions) gains you entry. You will pass through airport-style security checks, so please leave liquids in your cars. Once inside,there are toilets and catering. To gain a re-entry wristband please go to the Organisers Office in the Bentley Media centre just inside the Cambridge Gate. Please bring this letter as proof of identification.
7. WINDSOR CASTLE TICKETS
Your tickets only give you access to theWindsor Castle Concours event. Should you wish to take a tour of Windsor Castle itself, you can purchase entry tickets at the Admission Centre on Castle Hill.
8. DRESS
As befits this historic occasion may we ask you to dress appropriately. No trainers or jeans please.
9. OIL AND PETROL
If your car is prone to leaking oil, please bring a drip tray. Strictly no charging of petrol tanks.
10. CAR SECURITY
Please ensure your car is left in gear with the handbrake fully on. Please lock your car if you leave it.
11. QUERIES
In the first instance these should be addressed through your club official for the event, they will then channel your enquiries and coordinate with the Concours organisers.
12. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please be aware that your participation in this event is not as part of an organised transfer and all owners/drivers undertake the drive at their own risk. Drivers are responsible for all risks to themselves,
their passengers and their vehicles. The organisers, the Crown Estate, sponsors or agents will not be held responsible for care, custody or control whilst your car is on any part of The Long Walk. Your participation in the event is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
