Suppose I better get the pledge out to give it that special waxy shine. Inside sorted with a fast drive with windows open...soon clears all the rubbish out wink

So what happens on the Sunday gathering?

I know that we can walk round etc but can we move our cars if we want to go for a drive during the day?
The Sunday is a static event, there is a run out planned for Saturday and setting off from the Carlton Lees car park at 11am (Chatsworth Garden Centre)
Chatsworth and myself would prefer cars not to be coming and going once inside the TVR area, however you are free to leave when you wish.
is there a limit on the number of cars for the run out and do you have to put your name down or not?

I don't organise the run out, but there is no limit that I know of and no you don't have to put your name down, there is a list on the TVRCC web site though.

Hi Kevin

Had a silly thought and I'm sure I know the answer but.

Have you considered asking Chatsworth about opening one of the rally stages as a track day. Although I suppose it would change the whole mood of the day and also the effort of marshalling and not forgetting the safety requirements but it would be fun.

Silly idea. Back to work

I wonder if someone could help explain something to me....

Looking at the Met Office weather forecast, there seems to be this unfamiliar round yellow symbol on the forecast for Sunday.....???

What does this mean??

Heh heh heh - well this will be my (I think) fourth Chatsworth, but last year really took the biscuit. Got out of car in waterproof coat, opened boot, opened umbrella, turned unbrella inside out with the wind, recollapsed it, stuck it back into the boot!!! It came to sheltering in the shops in the stables to drip-dry and get a bit of warmth to get some feeling back into my hands!!

Hoping for a record turnout, but looks like there will be some very interesting cars to see there this year anyhow.

See you there!!
This will be my 4th, but I have to confess to turning down an open top trip across the Peak District for some reason last year!

My favourite spactraflair colour. Just give me some sunshine on the day to enjoy it fully.

Hi

having not been to Chatsworth before and pitching up in the plebmobile to do some productive research (I hope), can anyone shed any light on which admission charge I'll need to account for. I'm only there for the cars not interested in the house or gardens

cheers
