Sorry, we are so close to the edge now that I want to keep 3 places spare just in case some of the other
regions coming did not update me with the numbers.

TBH - You would probably be fine coming, but let me confirm in a week or so's time. I just want to check
all the regions coming and see that the numbers are ok.

Hope that's fine with you. I'll try and confirm one way or another next week sometime.

Yes, I know what you mean. To be frank, it happens every event and is a
pain in the ass. People say they are coming them don't come on the day.

I'm starting to consider blackballing people who do it a lot to automatic
reserve list and put other folks in front of them for limited number events,
however, not doing that yet.

If someone does drop out before May, I'll let you know.
