Thanks Alex.

So all we have to have with us is the club sticky and all meet up ahead of time for a major rumble in.

Do we have fees to pay at the gate?

Entry to the site for car clubs and individual entrants is through Gate 1, gates will open at 9.30am and tickets will be £10 per person (children under 16 can enter FOC)

Due to last minute additions and changes to numbers car clubs will be allocated their pitches on the day, every effort will be made to keep those in the same positions as they were last year but this cannot be guaranteed. Please advise your members that they will be directed to their pitches on the day by our parking marshals.

Please could you also remind your members that as we are a live airfield dogs (unless registered disability dogs) and bbq’s are not permitted on site

This year there will be children’s face painting available and a caricaturist on the ready to draw you next to your pride and joy!!

Hi

A few people have had to drop out now, so if Darren, Barry and Andy still want to come, then they are welcome as
there is now some space.

Thanks!

Sorry guys Berkshire region are going to field a slightly lower number. On the good side there are now some free places. We had 14 but now down to 7 which means 7 free spots

Doh what happened there?

When I first got on m11 just outside duxford I thought something was seriously wrong as the car was bouncing and jerking everywhere under acceleration, turned out to be the road surface lol.

Least it wasn't as bad as that burning camero From the holding area sheesh that went up fast! Was 3 cars away and hats off to the two guys armed with fire extinguishers that must have been sprinting towards him as soon as he went to open the bonnet, bloody amazing response guys hope no one hurt in the chaos.

Hi mate, hope the Chim isn't damaged too badly!!

Re: Fire - no, it was an American vintage car of some kind. Was just opposite me when it went burst into flames...

...and no, I didn't turn my daemonic eyes on it or anything, it was petrol on the carburettor...
