I paid the day before last year and just prined out the email conformation, as it was I dont think they checked as we all rocked up as a group Cheers,

Here are the final details that I've just sent out to folk.
Meet at Polish War Memorial at 8.30am ready to leave at around 8.45.
I will hand out the car passes at PWM to those that have paid me.
BRING YOUR MONEY FOR THE BBQ - £6 PER PERSON - PLEASE BRING THE CORRECT MONEY (unless you've already paid).
The BBQ will comprise bacon rolls soon after you arrive and once you have wrestled with a gazebo or two. Another culinary masterpiece will then miraculously appear for lunchtime - burgers and sausage is promised this year!
We have some water heating kit for tea and coffee but if you have a suitable camping gas burner and kettle please bring it along - it all helps to speed things up. If you have a water container then please bring it along (full of water preferably).
I will endeavour to bring my garden table for it's annual outing. If you have a suitable folding table please bring it along as well, you can never have too many tables.
Please bring your own plates, mugs, knives and forks - help save the environment!
Bring your own chair to sit on (ie don't nick mine).
Bring a sunhat/umbrella (delete as applicable).
Bring a few beers/lemonades/Pimms to keep yourself amused all day (it'll be a lot cheaper than the bars).
If you have time you might like to make up an information sheet about your particular car to put in the windscreen so that people know what they are actually looking at.
Think that's about it, so to summarise
