Where are you wanting us to park up? Parking in Old Amersham is a nightmare at the best of times.....

Which church is it?
Tell me about it.

It is St. Mary's Church, which is in the heart of the old town. I would think it is best to park up in the Tesco CP or Rectory Meadow Surgery (it is closed at the weekend and off School Lane). I will make sure one of the Ushers (Probably my Brother) comes over to say hi and brings you all over.

I will be over in Amersham this weekend and see if the Surgery is feasible.

Great. Keep us posted. Maybe a WhatsApp group would be a good idea so your ushers can organise all us drivers in one go and we can all make sure we are in the right place at the right time?

Hoping to still make it !
What's the proposed route from Amersham to Bisham ?
Back to Old Beaconsfield - M40 - off at Wycombe exit then 404.
Might mess the hair up a bit but al least you could gurantee a convoy I guess.

I am still up for this, so long as the car survives two days at Spa and the round trip the weekend before.
See you in SPA Gruffalo!

Hello all.

My name is Alex and I am the brother of the groom / an usher for Warren's wedding in 2 weeks time and have the pleasure of organising transport.

I currently have a GoogleDoc I am setting up to organise this drive, and would greatly appreciate it if you add your own details (Driver name & Car Model) to this document to confirm your attendance. I will then add all confirmed details asap so that you all know where to meet, when, where you will collect passengers from, where we will wait whilst passengers are collected (due to limited space), where we are driving to and the route we will take.

I will be checking out the location this weekend so will complete all the details in the document shortly.

The GoogleDoc is here:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1fbq588R3XI...

Any questions then please shout, and if you think more information will be required then please let me know that too and I will share details.

Thanks all

Alex

Hi all

The meeting location is no longer Tesco's. Please see the google doc I have mentioned in my previous post for the new location.

Thanks

Hopefully good news there then. And yes, this is the route. So we can have a nice blast down a few fast roads before a more gentle cruise through Marlow. Might have to take it on a person by person basis as to whether a roof is allowed off. maybe the ladies best be in the Cerberas / Saggys!!!

Alex beat me to it for the location for the meeting point..

I have added my details smile

....ahhhhm...just a point to note...the car has VERY snug fitting Sparco seats....so someone of...how can I say...rather more ample proportions, might find it a tad uncomfy... smile

That would suit me perfectly..! But I have a strange feeling that my then wife would be a little miffed if I am not with her on the drive over..

Actually just meeting around the corner, but close enough.

For those of you who truck up early, park up in the car park...wander back down the road past the church, at the tee junction look across the road to your left and there is a fab coffee shop called Seasons....great food etc etc....

Are you planning on being early? I'm 15 mins up the hill, could arrange to meet a bit earlier if you like.
