Spotted this one in the TVRCC mag - not been before and the wife has wanted to go the 'house' for some time, so thought it could be a 'win win'. Anyone been before? Whats the score, do I really need a concourse car (because I don't!)?
Can I just park up and then wander, including the House, for the day?

yikes Concourse?
I hope not!

It's the venue for our annual S Club Heaven weekend meet, our first at Blenheim,
as well as a gathering of all sorts of classics, sports & unusual eclectic stuff.
It's held over 2 days, Sun & Mon, & camping is available for the Sunday night only.
Yes I think for an extra charge on the day, you can do the house tour.

Save yourself a couple of quid by phoning the TVRCC office to order advance tickets ( they may even have some freebie ones left. )

Or you can visit Andrew Greenwood's 'Classic Shows' website & order discounted advanced tickets online. ( You want an Exhibitor ticket, price includes car + up to four occupants. ) They also list the season's shows.

Or you can pay full price on the day, passengers cost extra.

I shall be giving my S1 a frenzied 15 minute detailing with Fairy Liquid & a gravelly sponge the day before.

See you there!

Yes & Yes.

As said above it's the annual S Club gathering, and also Chimfest. You don't need a concourse car or an S / Chimaera. There will be general TVR parking area and from there you can visit the rest of the car show and the house wink

Cheers lads. Rung today, freebie ticket on the way.

There was mention of having to be parked up by 11.30, just wasn't sure if that was for the concourse or just general parking - we shall see.

11:30 is the deadline time you should arrive by.
The ticket is for entry as a display car at the show.

General public admission is anytime, so if you arrive after 11:30 you would probably end up having to pay & park in the main public car park.

Organizers don't generally like cars driving into the display areas once "Joe public" is wandering around smile

see you there!

Sunday could be a bit quiet (sic) TVR wise, Monday is the main TVR day.

I'll be at Dunsfold (on the runway as part of wings and wheels) but will be there on the Monday.

It seems to have generally escaped notice that not only is it S club and chimfest it is also the first (could be wrong) annual gathering of speed six cars . So hopefully there will be a dedicated parking area for our Tams smile. As an ex S series owner I always go to sclub but this year wont have to park round the back.
So you put two single model meets and and engine type meet together and you have so many models its not really a single type meet, more a national get-together. would be nice to see Burleigh numbers for this event too , cant wait.

Am coming from the Bracknell area and planning to go on the Sunday despite the fact Monday's the main day, simply because the forecast is better and the drive down/back is a big part of it for me smile but also because I suspect the traffic on the return journey might be better on the Sunday! Oh and my car isn't concourse! Looking forward to it. Burleigh was superb and was my first proper TVR meet.
