COBWEB RUN SUNDAY 22nd MARCH 2015 driving

Yes it is that time of year again, Tees Valley Region will once again be hosting the event and after much deliberation;
The 2015 Cobweb Run will be held on Sunday 22nd March.

As usual we will aim to include some good driving roads, taking in some beautiful scenery en route.
The multi regional assembly point will be;
The Scotch Corner Hotel Car Park at 10:00
We will plan the route to accommodate those attending after taking into account the weather conditions.

It's just over a week to go to the Cobweb Run on Sunday 22nd March - our first drive of the 2015 season.

We will gather in the car park at the Scotch Corner hotel from 9:30am to allow a prompt departure at 10am.

The route will take you along some great country roads with spectacular scenery through Barnard Castle, Middleton in Teesdale and on through Northumberland to Langley Castle where we will have a break for tea, coffee and cake. We will then continue our journey through to Seahouses where there is public parking and plenty of restaurants & takeaways for something to eat.

I also wanted to thank you Ken.

As I posted on the TVRCC forum.....I just wanted to add my thanks to Paul and John for the very successful Cobweb Run. These things don't just happen - they take a lot of preparation, dry run(s) and planning. So you both deserve a pat on the back.

The route was superb, coffee and scones were spot-on (as was Langley Castle - what a photo-opportunity!) and the weather was perfect. The pace was also just right for me so we had a testing, enjoyable (and safe) drive.

Please post any other photos you may have!

Thanks everyone - see you next time.
