Me thinks too many people must watch premier league football games on tv during the winter months featuring the Toon Army.

Guys thanks for the support. This will be a great event. Just need to get it at top of events! The last trip here for the 40th anniversary of the M for our Patron's ownership was mega.

Brough or the next fuel halt (Appleby?) would be good - do you have an expected time?

For those starting from Stockport or joining at Padiham, there has been a minor (more scenic!) route change. PM / email me for revision.

I have emailed you. I will find a suitable pick up point near padiham on new route. I am booked in Whitewater (sharing with Glen.....which, in view of some of the above posts, is ever so slightly worrying. I am NOT going for an early morning swim with you or anybody else Glen!)

Planning to be at Chatsworth next weekend so could liaise then?

I have received a Group Menu Form from the Whitewater which I will be sending out to those I know are attending. This needs to be returned within at least 3 days before our arrival date as it gives their Kitchen team the benefit of having all our requirements prepared beforehand and ease the service.

If anyone who is going and does not receive the menus, please email me or pm me asap.

REMEMBER YOUR MEMBERSHIP CARD!

All attending the museum - the discounted rate will now be given on the production of TVRCC Membership cards.

We will also have exclusive car parking in the "South" car park to the rear of the museum. A TVRCC Banner will be flying to identify!

Hi tvrxr

do you have an expected time for Brough / Appleby as the Tees Valley chaps are looking to join the troupe at that end of the 66

I sent this through to Daggsy, but for anyone else wanting join us at Appleby:

Here is Google link for the layby on the A66 we could meet up at:

https://www.google.co.uk/maps/@54.5848313,-2.48889...

This should be the first Layby after Appleby.

I think it will take us about 3.25 hours (12.00 - 12.15pm pending traffic / stragglers) to get there, but I can keep you advised by phone, pending signals! This will then allow us just over an hour to reach our lunch stop.

Failing the "best laid plans", it will be the first that see parked up TVR's in a layby after Appleby!
