For anyone wanting to join a convoy to Burghley on Sunday 10th April, I'm prepared to organise a run in starting from St Neots.

Meeting Point Details:

09:00am for 09:15am departure. There's plenty of space in the car park with a tea wagon usually on site. There's also a Costa Coffee next door.

B&Q
Priors gate,
Eaton Socon,
St Neots,
CAMBRIDGESHIRE.
PE19 8EL

Map:

The Route:

The run will be similar to last year, initially heading north up the A1 before heading out to the west to some nice sweeping country roads. The exact route is still to be finalised, but I'll have limited printed directions available on the day. It should be about a 45 minute run.

Please add your name to the list below if your're interested so that I've got an idea of numbers.

Best Regards,
Olly

Hi Oliver

Run in to Burghley

Thanks for doing this my emails have been up the wall for 3 weeks and have just gone back on line.
I will put this out to all the Cambs TVR members tonight, I unfortunately will not be going due to other comitments, but hope everyone has a great day.bounce

I'm planning to go as long as the weather is not really bad and as long as my new tyres turn up in the next two days .
I am slightly northwest of St Neots so might pick you up on route .
Suspect poor weather forecast will put lots off coming this year.

Would like to join you, again weather permitting if that's ok, coming from Woburn Sands might bring a couple more with me.

Forecast changes every day but looks ok from todays info.

Of course you're welcome. The more the merrier.

As you say, the BBC/Met office forcast for Sunday is currently good, well, dry atleast!

....and just to get you all in the mood, here's the drone vid from last year:

Ollie,

I guess this must mean your Cerbera is back on the road bounce

Assuming I can wake my teenage son from his slumber in time I'll try and make it up the A1 and join you at B&Q for 0900.

To anyone form regions other than Cambs asking if it's ok to join in, certainly! Come on down!

The forecasts are improving all the time, currently the weather is looking great for the run-in:

Well, I collected it yesterday from its service and MOT ready for the season ahead and it ran beautifully. But in true TVR style I just drove it home from lunch and it's had a hissy fit and won't rev. Hopefully it will have sorted itself out when I start it up again tomorrow. biggrin

Been out for a run and it has cleared but I remember it did the same at the end of last summer. Some kind of ECU brain fart or a sensor packing up.
