Hi Oliver, looking forward to joining you at 9am for the run in particularly after watching the aerial footage on YouTube again from last year. At a friends 50th birthday party the night before so will probably have to set a few alarm calls before waking up the neighbours biggrin

Hi Oliver,
This is Raoul from Luxembourg calling in for the convoy in a T350t. I will bring a friend along, too, if he manages to get up on time wink
See you Sunday

Hi again everyone,

I just want to update you that we will not be coning to the meeting point but will drive directly from our hotel to Burghley.
Wishing you an amazing convoy.
Best regards,

Raoul

Doubt you'll see this in time but I won't make the meet. Need fuel so going to head straight to shell Buckden. May see you head past, if so I'll tack on. See you there.

Oliver. A pleasure to meet you and everyone else. Many thanks for sorting an extremely enjoyable run in.

Note for myself: that left/right country lane chicane was 15mph slower entry than I thought!!!

Note for yourself: don't download next year's route off a cycling enthusiasts website. biggrin

Can't blame Ollie for the cyclists, after you guys left B&Q I went off in the other direction and they were everywhere. Think it must have been National Cyclists bu**er up the roads for the motorist day and nobody tolds us.

Hope you all had a good day bar the lycra clad menaces.

Hi everyone, thank you all for coming along today and making the convoy a success. I tried to catch up with as many of you as possible when we arrived.

I'm really sorry about all of the cyclists on the route, it certainly wasn't planned! I also apologise for anyone who was desperately trying to find the source of fuel odours in their car. My fuel filler cap wasn't fitted!!

Anyway, great to see you all. I hope you all had safe journeys home.

Thank you. Really enjoyed it. Not every day you get to stare at a Typhon for so long!
