Most and least PH cars!!!
Discussion
If you are asking about our own cars, then I'd say that my most PH is my Mk1 MX5, my least PH my Seat Ibiza Diesel estate (mostly driven by my wife I hasten to add).
If you are asking about cars generally, I'd say most PH is an Aerial Atom, and my Seat Ibiza is still in with a chance on this one amongst any number of anonymous diesel family wagons.

Is this not going to descend into a "lets slag off the cars of people we dont like".
IMO the least PH car is the one you buy that's "just a car" and has the bare minimum spent on it and is no more valued than the kettle or the oven.
The most PH car would be the one you make compromises on just to own, the sort of car that finally pushes you to quit smoking so you can afford that 2JZ swap or trip to the 'ring

I would usually agree with this but my eyes were recently opened to the hot hatch legend that is the Polo GTI, the most PH car ever.IMO the least PH car is the one you buy that's "just a car" and has the bare minimum spent on it and is no more valued than the kettle or the oven.

Obvious answer would be Most PH Car: MX5. Least PH car would be something like a Daewoo Matiz or Hyundai Accent or Kia Piccanto.
But there is a very easy way to get a more definitive answer (something for the Mods/Staff to look at): download/analyze the Members' Cars list and see which one is the most and least common. I would expect MX5s, BMW 3 series and hot hatches to be at the top, with a dispproportionate number of supercars/exotics vs regular public choices.
There should be enough members on PH with car(s) listed in their profiles for such an analysis to be fairly accurate. The outcome doesn't necessarily reveal the most or least 'PH' car- which of course would depend on definition, but would provide an answer to the most commonly owned. If you have a lower cutoff (to exclude one-off machines, which by definition would certainly be PH-worthy) you could identify the least commonly owned run-of-the-mil production cars.
Over to you, PH bods, if you think this would make an interesting PH story...

Most PH car is anything that is interesting from a motoring enthusiast point of view.
Least interesting are cars that are white goods, boring and should have no appeal to those who should know better. Humdrum budget cars, while not exciting, serve a purpose. It's more the pretenders like the dull as dish water Golfs and Audi's.

To me the least PH car is the one you get in to go somewhere and get out of at the other end without any thought to the car at all. Literally the automotive equivalent of a washing machine.
On the other hand there are a lot of different factors that can make a car 'PH'. Speed; without a doubt...the sort of speed that makes you giggle. Noise; something spine tingling like a straight piped S2000, or the deep bellow of a V8. Feel; good handling, or connection to the road, or the ability to provoke the car and have some fun. Effort; something you have to work at to go quickly in, something that you can get moving quickly but the average non-driver type driver wouldn't because they don't understand that you have to work with the car to your mutual advantage.
The least PH car I've driven was probably an original Vauxhall Agila, or maybe a Micra...the last of the early '00s shape. They were plasticky, handled terribly and if you tried to drive them, you just ended up frustrated.
The most PH though, that's harder. Of the stuff I've owned I'd say it's hard to argue against my tweaked Impreza. It grips well, it goes well, it stops well...handling wise it isn't all that, but it covers ground ridiculously quickly when you want it to. But then I could also say that my old Sprinter (SWB, non turbo, 80bhp & 195/15 tyres) was also fun. Wind it up, and it went round corners reasonably successfully, it would drift on wet roundabouts and you really had to earn your speed and pace with it...it rewarded you taking the bull by the horns and bullying it where necessary, teasing it to use every inch of the road in others so you could carry the extra 0.1mph necessary to get up the next hill without having to drop a gear. It made me smile, much more than the Octavia vRS I also had at the same time. Sure, the glacial accelaration grated but the van had character. It also had 300k miles and some mildew. But mainly character. And to me that's the essence of what makes a vehicle interesting or 'PH'; do you enjoy the time you're driving it?

Most cliched PH car: MX-5
Most editorialised PH car: 911
Most objectively PH car (driver focussed, analogue, gorgeous, not too new, matches the company director's well-built goatee): Ferrari F40 or McLaren F1
Least PH car: hmmm, not sure. Probably a Jazz, small-engined (diesel) Golf or a 318d. Or a Prius. Something bland, common, (generally) bought by people who don't care about cars and has no "reverse" charm about it (i.e. so cheap/ugly/cutesy it generates that certain charm).
