No! But on today's money equivalent would probably require a £200 entry fee!!!

Please stop making me jealous with these pics Kev...

I'm not sure now if I can make it... as you may know my cars at power. The S spec update has been shelved due to the state of the engine (leaking from everywhere)

Bullet bitten I've given Dom the go ahead to give me the 4.5Super Sports with latest MBE.

Engine came out last week so updates as and when. Even if I can make it you guys may have to sign a form to say you will wait for me and not not exceed 3k rpm as I'll be limited during running in. driving

I'll keep u in the loop wink

Alistair, I'm pretty much in the same boat as you, but I've already booked a room in Bakewell as an extra incentive/dare, in order to make it happen.
So, we may find we're keeping each other company at the rear!

Cool Rick that's good to know... it will only be this year next year we can make Kev and the others sorry ??

Will get on to Dom. You going for the same outfit or you having something else? Are you also having any "extras" while engine out? I'm wondering how going electric PAS will make me feel in the longer term?

Bit off topic (sorry Kev) but basically I lost drive to all pumps, hopefully I caught it in time but I've yet to strip the lump and investigate fully.
So, at very least, it will be getting a new woodruff-key and a 'refresh', at worst... well... I don't want to even contemplate that yet weeping
Car is very standard so the engine will go back in just looking very lovely, whatever the case, engine bay will also be tidied. 'Before' pics have been taken.

This wonderful day is by far the best event on the TVR. calendar. The attention to detail put together by Kev is second to none. A truly exhilarating day from start to finish

Hi Richard, yikes hope no one reads that and thinks we are charging £250 hehe "Thrills in the Hills" has been a free event in the past, but we are considering maybe a voluntary £2 donation per car just to cover some of the costs of putting on this great event.

Amazing Kev!

Dom posted me a teaser on FB and I'm off to see him on tues, my rebuild going well so fingers crossed I can be with you with a bedding in max of 90mph (5th at 3k rpm I believe). Hopefully will has electric pas pump fitted so can get used to it for 2k miles before he'll is unleashed.

Really hope to be with you on the run.

Hope you can make it Alistair, its not the fastest run you will ever go on. But we have some great scenery, and some touristy areas where they love to see us all going through, especially Matlock Bath with its 100,s of bikers....

Please stop teasing it looks great. If I'm there I'm also gonna try and bring the other cerbera (my dads) I know he can't make it but he may allow my older bro to use it as he is potentially looking to get in the tvr game soon.

Not in this one for speed going to rig various cameras and enjoy the event. wink
