TVR Noughties event for 2017 - Provisional dates 22-24 Sept

Hi folks

The provisional dates for the TVR'00 event in 2017 are 22-23rd of Sept.

I have provisionally booked rooms at Wroxall and checked the dates with
Topcats, but am still awaiting confirmation that they can do these dates.

I will be speaking with Wroxall tomorrow to give them a status update and
confirm the format.

We had about 30-40 people come last year and while all the feedback was
positive, I will be making a few changes next year to better cover the costs
and do something on the Sunday.

Unfortunately work interfered with the event planning this year more than I
thought it would, so some things were a bit last minute - lesson learnt LOL

It would greatly help if people could indicate if they were available to come on
this date as it will give me an idea of rooms etc.

I will have to add an extra cost this year due to the hiring fees at Wroxall, but
I might be able to negotiate these down with numbers - as long as we reach the
desired quota. So, the more people who can say earlier, the better for us all!

It's September so I will probably be in the US so will miss it again
