Happy New Year every one! This is a new thread for this year. With a few exceptions eg today (New Year's Day) we'll carry on with meeting on the first Sunday of the month at the Red Lion in Marsworth. The January meet will be next Sunday, the 8th.

Highlights:

April 2nd - Classic car rally & autojumble. Old Warden Aerodrome.
April 8/9th - Burghley HP
April 30th - Ducford.
May 27th - Bespoke Performance open day. Ware
JUy 9th - Kimbolton Country Fayre.
July 17th - Uxbridge Car Show & Annual 'S' Club Gathering.

Please let Alex know if you'd like to attend any of these events.

There may also be a run to Cheddar Gorge in April, subject to interest. Again, please contact Alex if you're interested.

Next meet in on the 5th February. (I'll be away that weekend).

Joe - all the Region are invited to attend the Brill Festival on Sunday 27th August 2017. To celebrate 25 years since the Chimaera launch we are trying to put together a car from every year of production in a special line-up. All other Tivs welcome on the day - Beer Festival and shopping for TWMBO !

Thanks for the reminder. Yes this does clash with the Old Warden Car Show which some of us are signed up for. So the choices are (i) postpone the monthly meet the 9th, but this clashes with Burghley House (ii) have the monthly meet on March 26th or (iii) hold the meet on the 2nd April anyway for those not attending Old Warden.

Please post up your preference.

Sorry for the late reply. I've been at Shuttleworth with some of the other regulars as per earlier post and only just logged on. Hopefully there was good a turnout at the Red Lion today.

Back to normal next month. I don't think anything clashes with the first Sunday in June so see you all them.

Have you all seen Alex's email regarding Topcats' Breakfast Club on the 24th June running from
1000-1400? All Welcome.

There will be two ramps open all day with engineers on hand to offer free ramp inspections,
advice & ask questions etc. A free bacon roll breakfast, tea, coffee, refreshments and biscuits will also be served for those who are peckish. The workshop facilities will be open for visitors to take a look around and view
the cars on display.

If you're not getting the Alex emails let me know if you want to be added to the list.

There's no need to book but if the weather is good you need to be there before 1pm to be sure of getting a good place on the field.

NEXT SUNDAY (13th) is the Ley Hill Classic Car Show. There is no need to book but if the weather is fine I'd advise you to be there by 1pm latest to grantee getting a good space. I'm marshalling at this event so I'll be reserving 6 spaces for TVRCC Bucks Group TVR's. So if you are definitely coming (as opposed to a definite maybe or probably maybe ) let me know and I'll save you a space until 1pm.

Another date for your diary is 10th September.

The Chearsley Classic and Vintage Fun Day . If your're planning to go please register your car on the website and we'll sort out meet-up times nearer the date.

For Bank Holiday Weekend at the end of the month there is a choice of events with the main ones being Blenheim (TVRCC supported) and Knebworth. If you're thinking abut Blenheim don't forget there are free tickets available from the Club office.
