Not seen info on an online briefing. Thought the email said there was an 'in person' one.

Just reading the TVRCC Briefing Notes and they mention an online briefing.
Weather looks good.

It was a great day. Nicely overcast which meant I didn’t look like a ripe tomato at the end of the day!
It is always a pleasure to do the TVRCC track day. Probably the only place nowadays that you can see these marvolous cars in action.
Good to catch up with Anthony, Anthony, Matt, Stuart and of course, Mat Smith, (many more but my memory is awful).
Cadwell is my favourite track by some margine, shame it 215 miles away from me, (600 miles done in 24 hours)
Back to yesterday, Matt’s little ST fiesta was brilliant on track. I had a very good dice with Mat Smith in his 4.5 chim as well as plenty of others.
I gave passenger rides to several people, hope they are okay!
I must say, Cirvy’s Lotus was epic and I was suitably outgunned and out driven, hats off.
I don’t think that there was any major mechanical failures. Stuart’s tam needs a bit more fuel tank plumbing. Anthony, (QBee) needs a new power steering pump, I need to fit a competition air/oil separator and quite probably a baffled sump as I felt at one with the baby Porsche and was doing my best to execute max G forces!
A big thank you to the club for organising this event, absolutely brilliant! One minor thing, why the briefing on site when we have all done it on line. As far as I am aware, no other TD organisers do this. I did think that maybe TVR drivers are special and need the rules drummed into them who knows…
Any pictures of the day?

I'll make the ones I took available later.Another good day catching up with all. Despite being in the 928 rather than the 450 and not driving much, it was good to see a couple more wedges there for a change!
Thanks to Jane and everyone for another good day
Indeed a great day.
Perhaps three next year? Two at Cadwell and one at Anglesey (as part of a mini tour)?
Drive home was eventful. Caught up with Peter's truck and trailer having stopped for fuel and taken a more country roads route back to the A16. Then caught Anthony's (Precat) softroader and trailer on the A14. A quick note that your trialer lights weren't working!
Finally got home at 5am. Alternator was dying most of the way (showing 12.8V charging most of the way). Slowly dropped and I hoped to get home but it went from 10.5V just inside the M25 to 8V on the sliproad between A12 and North Circular. 20-mins from home. Recovery took 8.5-hours.
Still didn't take the edge of a great day. Was all over the shop at the begining of the day but was back in my [lowly] groove by the afternoon.
The internal fuel hose connection came off the flow pipe which was brilliantly diagnosed by Mr Smith the TVR Tickler. For some reason TVR didn't flare either end of the flow or return pipes, plus the in tank side of the flow is about 30mm long. As I was using fuel clips instead of clamps I swapped the flow and return around. The intank return pipe being 75mm long. Fitted an additional jubilee clip that Mr Smith had in his kit for good measure.
I have a couple of spare alternators so will fit one this weekend.
Looks like I'll join Peter at Brands in November and possibly in October if I don't do a Wales tour.

Really nice to meet you guys yesterday. Many thanks for all the help in trying to get my car below the sounds limit!
I really appreciate you all being so welcoming and supportive of me as a newbie, and for the passenger laps too!!
Sorry to hear about your nightmare journey home Stuart.
Look forward to seeing you all next time
Cheers
Andy
