Rates have been agreed and they are no different to 2008 but give me two more week to have everything in writing.

The Rooms are very nice as hotel has just been refurbed

You should be able to book now.

The cost is £25 per person per night with breakfast based on two people sharing. this rate is reduced by more than half the normal cost), venue facilities as well as the weekend's agenda to follow.

Let me have any feedback on booking process

I should be able to make this. It was a good one last year.
I would love to help out with the organising, but work seems to be eating in to my play time at the moment! well done to those hyelping out though.

Just to let you know rang the hotel mentioned ROAR 09 and the £25 per person was excepted.

Booked Friday and Saturday night.....cant wait but dont want to wish the Summer away to early!!driving

I shall be booking for this!
My Chims nearly ready after about 3 years of restoration hell...just waiting for KRJ to finish with the interior which should be the 11th May. So, so excited smile

That’s great news can't want to see the car

As for stand prices its all for a good cause

We have asked exhibitors for £50 and to donate a prize for the Auction!

All the money generated from the exhibitor and the auction on Saturday night will go towards the winning team’s charity.

However we still need to find a DJ to do Saturday for free that is proving to be a real challenge.
