Hi,

I'm very interested in coming to this as a visitor (and future Chim buyer).

Can you just confirm will there be stands and exhibits on both the Sat and Sun? or is it the challenge on the Sat and stands on the Sun?

Many thanks

Angus,
I've booked the hotel now - - but for the Friday only.
Family commitments mean that this is the only day/evening I can 'do' that weekend.

Look forward to seeing you there, & thanks again for your efforts and enthusiasm in organising this gathering.

Do we pay for the gala dinner on the day or before?

Black tie or casual?

May have missed answers to the above but confirmation would be appreciated

Mark

You can book the Black Tie dinner from the Hotel.

I am taking to the Hotel this week to finalise details as I am aware that we have owners wanting to book now.

I will confirm more details before the 6th July

Dress is Black Tie or suit or in the one exception will be Julian’s which will be jeans and a Fiberglas Black tie?

Dear Roar Participants

Yet again Roar 2009 we have agreed great rates with our new venue the DeVere, Staverton Park Hotel, in Daventry,

However to secure these great rates we need you to ensure you get your booking in ASAP. We will soon loose our reserved block of rooms and the special rate so please get your booking in soon as I wouldn’t want anyone to lose out.

If you have booked online then can I ask that you urgently make contact with the Staverton Park Hotel reservation team to let them know you are part of Roar 2009.

They will then be able to confirm that you are part of Roar and are therefore on the preferred rates agreed by Roar 2009.

Please book your reservations for the Black Tie Gala Dinner directly with the Hotel reservation team. Should you have any problems them make contact with Gemma Eyre at the hotel.

Steve

Carmen has booked your timings for RR and I havent seen the wife in days. But still have lots of space on RR so if you wish to make any changes then speak to Gary and the boys from Crazy horses in the Bar. Have also booked you for a ride drive slot as it is free and the roads in the area are very good.

See you in the Bar can't wait!
