That thing was a crime against humanity vomit

Well done for another great event.

Police, roadworks and weather conspired to try and ruin things but it still rates 10/10 on the big grin scale. Thanks Blues

Massive thanks to David for the use of a proper car for the run, just wouldn't have been right doing it in a quiet Audi.

Was interesting to see what a supercharged chim is like in that amount of rain to say the least hehe

Top morning and thanks to all that made it what it was clap

Hi everyone,

I popped over to the dome to meet a friend who I thought was taking photos of 1 TVR, I couldn't believe it when I got there!! I tried to hang at the back of the line to avoid getting the GT-R caught in the photos but I think I had a few peeps follow me and I managed to go the wrong way....sorry!! I hope I didn't upset anyone!

Anyway, from what I caught of it, it was immense! Seriously good fun, especially following Noisy through London, damn that things loud!!
I didn't realise you were with us until you kept following me, is that a wrap on your car or actually painted?

Looked good in the mirror

wavey Thank you to everyone who turned up to make the event a huge success. Given the weather forecast, i was surprised at the numbers, I had expected far fewer cars than previous years.

My daughters and i would also like to thank you for your extremely kind generosity in donating a total of £500 to Cancer Research UK, through sticker sales and some people just popping money in the bucket. bow

I'm giving consideration to a summer event, with a different destination, and have a couple of ideas, but if any one else has any suggestions, please feel free to send me a mail - i think most of you have my address by now!

The Ace has been reserved for Sunday November 28th 2010 for anyone who might fancy a drive out and a breakfast that day wink

The car is wrapped, not sure on the chrome to be honest but then it's not my car, It's a friends/clients of mine. I was in London taking some photos for him overnight.

Just to add my thanks to Blues for all the work he put in. thumbup

We had a fantastic day from start to finish. Even managed to get over the idling issues which saw us parked up before we even got into the first tunnel!

To the bright purple Cerb with the darkened rear lights..... that thing sounds sooooo good. Maybe it's because I was following you up and down whitehall but the popping on this car was making me laugh my head off!

Hey all,

I do love a good tunnel run!
great to see so many very loud cars around, made mine feel very quiet indeed.
reaffirmed my NEED to get a TVR......
Blues, i'll be taking you up on your offer of help at some point smile

One of the fezzas was going a bit lary a times,
i didnt think either of us were out of order in any way, maybe a couple of playful low speed hip wiggles but i cant think of anything else....certainly couldn't have been noise compared to the amazing sounds from around me, so if my driving was suspect (or appeared to be) then i apologise. I know Ad isn't that way inclined so it must be me you're referring to (the spider) Sorry frown

I have not seen anybody out of order.
Everybody was well behaved as far as I have seen, even being curtious to other cars and letting them in at junctions and hold ups.

I had a friendly chat with a BiB on Whitehall, about my front number plate - or lack of. I asked him if he wanted to give me a screw, as I had lost one on the journey down! He saw the funny side, and kindly waved me on, with said numberplate on the dashboard.

I did see a yellow Chim have a slightly longer chat on the other side of the road, hopefully just as friendly...

Many thanks for the offer Klaas.

Its already been said many times before, but thanks for organising such a fantastic outing! Excellent planning and organisation skills resulted in a very memorable day.

This was my first and it was a truly special event indeed!
