Did not seem to have a problem with overtaking, I thought it made the laps more interesting when there was traffic.

An OPL afternoon would have been better I am sure but then you will of course got a more diverse range of drivers on track throughout your time.

I agree with you Edward about the passing of cars.

Don't think I am rubbishing the event, I just think the organisers need a little more input.

As there no doubt was several novices there they should have paid more attention to overtaking. I didn't see one blue flag out all day and therefore very few drivers allowed the faster ones to pass.

HCM.
If you that is the case you should flag it up with the track staff. They are the ones that control the marshalls, as I am sure you know. If it specific cars either have a word directly or if you think this would be an issue then let the guys know at the waiting area. They will have a word and the issue should go away.

I agree but on the other hand, they know their job and shouldn't be told.

They are not alone, at Snetterton recently it was much the same, the differance being there was more passing places and the track was wider.

It seems at circuits the organisers think that the punters know the format and therefor keep a low profile.

At MSE airfield days for instance, if you didn't obey the numerous blue flags, they would pull you in and have a quiet word.

Maybe you just have to be a bit more aggressive on track?
