Yup, sessioned last time which seemed to work quite well apart from a good few people in the 'advanced' group who really shouldn't have been! It was a bit frustrating to go hammering round only to have to drop the anchor right before Coppice half of the time, but for the most part it was very good and well organised.:
You will always get that if people say they have done a number of track days, doesn't mean they are quick. I have followed someone through coppice at 50mph before now.

Come on lets be fair, if the TVRCC have for example 55 entries and 25 of them say they are experienced 15 of them say they are intermidiate and 15 say they are novices it's pretty obvious they are going to split the groups up more evenly. There only idea who is who and how good they are is through past bookings so there is bound to be differences in class. It's all part of the fun.

The TVRCC track day at Cadwell is by far the best TVR event of the year and everybody who owns a TVR should book it even if they don't track. It makes a refreshing change to the TVR events where everybody walks about looking at TVR's. Its a pity the TVR fraternity dos not have the same mentality as the Lotus fraternity.

I agree with that, TVR owners do often tend to be a bit boring. Chatsworth for example I find bloody boring yet everyone seems to rave about it?? I would far rather have combined Tuscan Challenge Race meets combined with club events, bbq, lots of drinking, a runout (before the drinking!) and a perhaps a trackday in there somewhere etc. Much more fun than standing around in car parks with a load of far-too-clean TVRs IMHO!

95 db?! Bloody hell, I wouldn't have a chance in hell of getting down there. I'm surprised any TVR could actually!

I generally get black flagged once or twice per event - just need to ease off where the meters are. Wedges are pretty loud.
