This poll may help to finalize the date. For example if a few cannot make June 18th and there are no objections to July 9th then the 9th it is.

Yes. Some of the fastest cars cant make that day. Its looking unlikely.

Have voted on both can/can'ts. I can't do 9th July, I was pushing it a bit on the 2nd July to be honest. So for me; June/aug/sep.

Its becoming painfully obvious that its going to be impossible to select a date without upsetting a few people.
I hope to be at many meetings at York and Shakey also and will welcome people to come along on those days also.
I think we will arrange a specific date at both the other tracks so I hope to see good turnouts at these days too. Watch this space.

Mac, i think we should do Sept 3rd at the pod also so iu hope to see you there. 2 Chims running deep into the 11's side by side will be cool. I hope we do it well before then tho.

Yup, I know you can't please everyone but hats off to ya mate for trying I too hope to do sooner as can't wait Anyhow, my prob' is I've promised 'the war office' a holiday around that time and as I've been following the threads with possible changing dates, so have the holiday plans to fall in line with each time I read 'em! She wants a date soon to book off work so, 'IF' it has to be the 9th July, then I 'may' just be able to work around it if I know in time. TVR's eh? and the things we do for 'em. [hope she don't see this, and that neal1980 don't grass me up]

Shall we say 1 more week for debate and research then a date will be set in stone?
I am also getting advice from people who have been to these dates before.
Its looking like it will either be 2nd July which is the day before Retro, and said to be fairly quiet or 9th which is the day before the BMW show and could be busier. I was there last year and it wasnt so bad tho.

Derek, I'll leave you to do a coin toss for the dates you have in mind and I'll work to that. Unless people have a date which is absolutely committed elsewhere then, if they want to go then they will mark their diaries.

Might try and make this if i am off cant make the top 3 dates as offshore but the 9th is tight as i get home the night before but bottom are in my 3 weeks off.
