Like a lot of people on here, ending up in here would be my worst nightmare. When I was 20 I spent a night in the cells in the UK (bear with me on the this one) after going through a red light - the police were behind me and so I was charged.
You don't get arrested and charged for going through a red light, it's not a criminal offence. So tell us what actually happened.

As for cells, I hate going in the things and I put people IN. The thought of being cooped up in one is a horrible thought.

Out of the big jail and into what looked like Butlins in comparison.

Or in short:

Five rounds hit Cano, the driver, in the stomach and legs. One round pierced Zorrilla's left cheek -- missing all her teeth -- and exited her right side.

Love how innocent the Nerd made himself out to be. Forever saying 'allegedly' before every count.

When is the next ep?

It wasn't for going through a red light, it was the fact I never responded to what followed (as per post). I ended up working for the police a few years after so it didn't do me any harm! The police cell was bad enough (although they were really nice as they knew my mum), but I ended up in a holding cell at the district/sheriff court with a bunch of prisoners from Saughton Prison which was a bit scary.

so is that the code then? If they know your Mum you're sound, otherwise they'll steel your shoes and smash your back doors in. hehe

David Charlton of Strangeways fame really deserves his own thread, however as he has generated a few comments on this one i thought i would share the link to his facebook page for those, like myself that are in awe of just how low a human being can go in the search of free board and lodgings.

Just watched it - amazed to see them mixing different races together. In prison the code dictates they fight each other!

I really don't want to go to prison ever. Louis looked a little worried at some points, the sound and cameraman must've been making fudge in their boxers.
I thought that as well, we don't often see Louis show anything, he is almost the perfect reporter...but in my mind he was definitely on edge and concerned in parts of that doc.

It's also presumed innocent.

The gaol was a remand centre? Amazing that they have not yet gone to trial and they are bunged in 20 to a cell. If Harry Potter hadn't gotten out he would have spent his life sitting on that bunk...
