Already on my radar wink

Just a shame they keep pushing the release date back.

When it's eventually released, I'll be there in a darkened room with the lights off and my imitation marine helmet on. Drop your linen and stop your grinnin! shoot

I've known about it for ages, but got bored waiting for it.

I was hoping it would be 18 - But definitely still better than a 12 or 12A *shudder*.

Now they just need to god damn release it! biggrin

Here's another featurette with, apparently, even more unscene footage:

http://io9.com/5909046/new-prometheus-featurette-s...

As the article accompanying it hints at, I too am starting to thnk we're been shown too much of the film now.

I post the link for those that can't get enough of this film - which included me, up to a point and I think I've now reached that point.

The real result is that it achieved the 15 rating with no cuts. That suggests the director finished it, how he wanted it and then posted it out.

I've just got the Akira Collector's Edition (Blu-ray and DVD in a nice steel case) which is rated 15 "Contains strong bloody violence". hehe

Sial - Internet forum phrase (coined on scoobynet) meaning to be repeated.

Basically a thread about a Subaru in a lake was posted about repeatedly some time ago, it was then turned into a phrase to describe all repeat postings.

I think sial is also used to describe being 'stuck in a loop' in the same way on other forums.

SIAL = Scooby in a Lake after an infamous image on Scoobynet (see above) which was repeatedly posted as something new.

SIAL became a euphemism for a piece of information that the poster thinks is new, but which everyone else already knew about.

In this case, I think the link above is actually new information, if not all that surprising.
