Me too. Family guy is generally funniest when it's "close to the bone" humour, Simpsons is a bit more subtle,
Don't seem to be able to combine the two in that trailer.

Shame tho because they are both great - family guy even better now IMO

There's an episode where they are after Burns who has fled in his car, and Wiggum is in a layby eating donuts. The call comes over the radio for all units to be on the lookout for a maroon 1929 Stutz Bearcat. Seconds later Burns drives past. Wiggum sees the car, looks at his donut and says "nah...that was more magenta."
