The Tennis episode is the best proof of all that The Simpsons did really take a dip for a while.

Trying to find an image (ideally) or the episode its from

Smothers has a framed sepia image on his desk of Burns with "Work Harder" written on it.

I think its one where he gets sacked or Burns goes to prison...?
