Thought it was quite funny but as said before will need to see more episodes, I did think they had messed up on the continuity though, when Alan asked his mum why he couldn't keep the house as it had been left to him, her reply was that Charlie had 3 mortgages on the house and could Alan afford to pay them!, in an older episode when Charlie was with Chelsea he told her the mortgage was paid off and he had a pension sorted (or something along those lines)

Saw it, thought it was terrible. The funeral gags with the ex girlfriends; way too predictable. And why did that Ashton Kutcher bloke have to get naked within 5 minutes of appearing on screen? Nowhere near as good without Charlie Sheen, and if he did come back it'd be tricky to write in but sure as hell would be funny.
Exactly how I felt.
It was just rubbish, all the acting in the funeral scene seemed very forced. Ashton just isn't funny, it won't work.
I think they will lose quite a lot of viewers.

Watched the 2nd episode last night and still not impressed, have they run out of female actresses in America? they now have herbs sister from an earlier episode as Waldens estranged wife! confused

That didn't reall bother me as Chelsea was a one night stand of Charlie's in a previous episode as well! They don't have many women there!

Just seen episode 3.

Man Alive, that's some weak assed st. I had to open a window to let out the stink.

Not even a late appearance by Ryan Styles could save the day.

Given I watched it for Sheen and "Jake" and couldn't stand the prat who plays Alan, Kutcher was about the only thing they could have done to kill it stone dead. Good job.

^^^^^ this.

Perhaps they spent too much money on the motor home for Knutcher and had to call in a favour?

Dead in the water. Its just a case of how long it will be before Lorre either decides to go grovelling back to Sheen or just ditches it because The Penny & Sheldon show is doing so well.

It'll get pulled when the audience figures in the US drop so low that the advertisers pull out, and it is no longer cost effective to make it.

Some shows make a lot of money from box sets, but I doubt that is a significant part of the income for this show.

I'd be surprised if there is another series after this one. Whether it makes it to the end of this run will be interesting to see...

Agree with all the other comments too! Although Jake grabbing a phone pic of Judith and Walden raised a titter.

Must admit whoever came out with the "Charlie rising from the grave like Bobby Ewing in Dallas" and then stalking Rose would be something of a hoot, but only good for an episode or two.

So dead in the water it is then.
