It kind of reminds me of the house in Batteries not Included after the little flying aliens have rebuilt it.

How much over budget are these guys going to go! Fixing up the tank will have cost £100k!

Take initial budget, double it. Then add on half of the original budget again (for contingency, legal access costs)

I think £750,000

Good looking building now with the windows in.
Yep! Very nice indeed.

Hope there is not a caravan nestled along side the build in this last segment.

You can use the telescope to gaze out on the view across Yorkshire, but only in the Winter because in the Spring when the trees have got their leaves back you won't see a thing.

Looking forward to this one particularly as its about a mile from where I grew up and can be seen from my old bedroom window!
Ha, I used to play in it when I was a kid! It is approx 50metres from where I grew up, half the rubble down the well I put there hehe and I have walked around the top of the tower, by shinning up the rusty ladder on the inside. Fooking dangerous but then I was only 11. My mum and dad still live bang opposite it and were the cause of the Olympic levels of planning consents the couple had to go through. You can blame educated, wealthy, time free and motivated nimby pensioners... hehe
