Just watched it 20 minutes ago.
About as deep as a puddle. Zero character development & a story line you could write on the back of a postage stamp.
The McDonald's of movies. Fast food movie fun for a couple of minutes then instantly forgotten. May give you indigestion.

Watched it last night, it's like a gravity or avatar, visually stunning. If I hadn't watched it in 3D with the sound turned up to 11 it would have just been another average film.

Bit late to the party, but I watched this last night, thought it was absolutely brilliant.

As a bit of a movie fan, I new it was one long chase film, I knew CT was in it as much as Max, and a few other bits, so I knew what I was getting into. I had waited till I was in the right frame of mind for an all out action mental-fest and that the family were out so I could turn my surround sound up to elieventy stupid.

The result was me laughing out loud on occasion and remarking to the dogs (I'm doing this a bit to often as I get older) with a, "this film is absolutely nuts!"

Dogs gave it a 8.3456/10, probably due to getting the crumbs of my smoky bacon crisps, the two boys anyway, the female stayed in the other room, so a boys film.

I suppose it's perfect for when you want to switch your brain off, turn the volume up and enjoy the bast to the senses.

Certainly no deep plot to be found though, which I think is a shame because I'm a fan of Hardy and think a good story could've been made of this without sacrificing the quality of the action.

Great for road trips as it's pocket sized so you can be witnessed on the go.

Two of the RLM guys look back at Mad Max: The Road Warrior and reluctantly admit (given that they grew up with Road Warrior) that Fury Road is better in almost every way.

I liked this quote from Rich Evans, to paraphrase " I thought that Hollywood wouldn't make another movie that I found great, but they surprised me" and all it took was a director in his seventies.

Mad Max 2 is still a great film though, no matter how good cgi gets it can never replicate a stuntman doing it for real. Fury Road is a masterpiece though, it has such an energy to it where not a single frame is wasted that it almost feels like a ballet of violence.

I found MM4 boring, for me MM2 is a more enjoyable film, and one I can rewatch, can't do that to MM3...much. I may watch MM1 again. I'm willing to give MM4 another shot, it won't be in those fking ridiculous seats that threw me about
