I've amost heard more from clarkson today than the public sector winging layabouts.

God I wish he would turn off the schtick once in a while; he's been doing 'Reactionary middle-aged Daily Soovy Reading Man' for over a decade now, and it's getting a little shopworn. I agree with his point, but the manner in which it is conveyed(deliberate exaggeration to inflame Grauniad readers) is massively irritating.
