Looks very good. I'm glad that Jackson is directing. Not too sure how they can stretch the source material over two films though.

Thranduil, his dad was, though. So it's conceivable (hoho) that Legolas was around.

Looking very good, and seems to keep the feeling of the LOTR, which is good. Very excited about this, very excited indeedy.

It can be two films by doing all the off page stuff that happens. IMO it won't be the Hobbit then, but PJ will twist it however he likes.
