Not one of his best songs, but funny enough. ITV are wet for pulling it.

Saw TM live at the O2. Very good.

It's fairly harmless and not his best but it's ideal Christmas special fodder.

Here is what Tim has to say on the matter : http://www.timminchin.com/

I think ITV are being spineless and it was wrong to pull it but I am an atheist and I am not easily offended. However I am annoyed by the terror of even mildly upsetting religious people. I do not take offence at songs of praise or hymns on the radio or television I don't believe what they say is true so that is it. Yet somebody questions religion and the religous and they get cut out of the program all together. I was lucky enough to hear Tim sing this live and it is a superb song, very funny and in my opinion very true. I did wonder how it got past the producers, but to get past and then person as Tim so eloquently puts it

"did this because he’s scared of the ranty, st-stirring, right-wing press, and of the small minority of Brits who believe they have a right to go through life protected from anything that challenges them in any way." is scarey. I love the amount of backlash that ITV are getting for this.

So, when's he going to do a satirical song about Allah then?

No, thought not.
