I'd probably stop now if I was you. Maybe risk one more season.
Oh, that's a shame. Is that the generally consensus?

Hope this isn't going to be as predictable as the first episode suggests - one section of the CIA wants to kill the PEOTUS because she's not hawkish enough while another (with the help of Carrie) try to save the day?

I enjoyed the last two seasons. Some episodes better than others but there's a lot crappier programmes to watch.

Any season without Brodie's family in it is better than any of the ones with them.

Am I alone in remembering Quinn actually dying in the last series.

Carrie and Saul were there trying to get some info out of him and he died and got covered up by the docs? Did I imagine that?

Didn't the series end with Carrie in Quinns room after reading a letter from him debating whether to put him out of his suffering, and you were left wondering whether she had or hadn't killed him ?

I've enjoyed it all the way through. Having said that series 1 was the best due to the fascinating story line. And Morena Baccarin. biggrin

I forget how last years resolved itself, specifically, between Saul and the head guy. How did Saul get back on his good side?

Woefully slow last night.

It has fallen off the 'must watch now' radar into the depths of the planner, displaced by the infinitely better Apple Tree Yard.

I haven't seen Apple Tree Yard, so just googled for reviews/synopsis/etc. It seems the Daily Mail don't share your view:

I agree.

Terribly slow. And Carrie doing her 'worlds ugliest crying face' yet again.

The first few series were absolutely gripping, but they really seem to be rinsing it out now.

I'm afraid this is going the way of The Blacklist.

I'm just watching it because its on at 9pm on a sunday and there doesn't seem like anything else on. It's defiantly not 'must see' viewing like it was with Damien Lewis.

Also getting fed up with the story lines with jihadis/iran etc and them not thinking out of the box.

And now there's no chance of any covert ops I really am wondering wtf is it doing

I like the fact they take the time to set the scene. It does look like it's going to hot up in the next episode.

Remember Breaking Bad was positively glacial in how long it took to get going, so the best aren't all action.
