Remember Breaking Bad was positively glacial in how long it took to get going, so the best aren't all action.
They had it go from a chemistry teacher getting a diagnosis to having him running a cook in the desert with a gun in hand by the end of episode one to a half dissolved corpse crashing through a ceiling by episode three. I thought that was a pretty quick run up.

In Homeland a few things have happened but it really is feeling slow. They need to pull an actual plot from somewhere. Messed up Quinn and a new President and a stitched up Muslim kid isn't really cutting it.

In the UK, yes it was Ep2, but some are watching US times which are a week ahead.

The chat was following ep 2 details, and forum culture is to normally follow UK screening, I know UN is in the USA and might not know what has screened in the UK.

Not sure which episode you are up to but...it seems Dar Adal is setting up the new President and Saul is on to it, Carrie is being watched and Quinn is on to it and the FBI guy is setting up the kid and Carrie is on to it.

That's enough to be going on with.

I guess that is Ep3? For various reasons this is about the only thing I watch on the UK air dates.

Good to know a plot is going to appear!

Saul providing the plot. Quinn and Carrie annoying - suspect this series will be my last if I survive it

You mean no US episode...

Looks like UK dates will line up with US ones from this week, so I think this means it will show in the UK first now?

It's always been a slow burner.

Showed signs of picking up last week.

I meant Irish ones ( we get it Tuesday nights ), but I see none listed for UK (C4) either this week . They've both missed a week, something in the plot needed changing possibly ?
