Mine would have to be Jason Statham and Paul Walker, all I can think of at the moment. How about Ben Collins ! Has Coulthard done an F1 driver lap in the Liana? They are saving him until last in case he crashes on the first corner.

You;ve donr the pointless modifying thing you've done the crash into J may thing you've done the hammond olveracts thing You've done the clarkson is an oaf thing
The really good episodes- and you say this yourselves- is when you do a programme about cars
I'll still watch it, as these episodes do happen and they are a joy to watch. But it tends to be one a series these days +1.Now get on with filming it for series 19 chaps !

Shinobi said: I think the moaners actually enjoy it the most, they watch the show then they spend an hour after the show picking it apart. Then they bore the wife with how it's not as good as the old days but they do like James's shirt and can they have one like it for Christmas from aunty hilary. To top it off they then get to post about it because they don't understand what Topgears about. Not quite. The critics ARE the shows BIGGEST fans. Not because they like to moan (as the Top Gear Rimmers think is oh so funny ) But because they WANT the show to be even better every year. The Top gear rimmers remind me of the (now not so good) Sniff Petrol advert. No matter how tired and boring and lazy the show gets. No matter there's episodes with cars hardly featured. You all think it's the best thing in the world EVA! and "it's meant to be entertaining" And of course the TGR's also love to think that if you criticise the show you'd be better off reading the MPG's of Korean hatchbacks. As to actually give constructive criticism is so offensive to those without the Iq to do so.

Some of you might know that Hammond was spotted in the US (Texas Motor Speedway) I think during the Chase for the Sprint Cup, so expect a NASCAR feature!
EDIT: This could also be for one of Hammond's TV shows mind...

People who would actually like the entire TG production team to unload over their faces in some Bukkake moment, assume that those who criticise parts of the show are Trolling or that their opinions are somehow inferior. I'll always praise and criticise as required. Better to be balanced that always say "It's greet innit" (or conversely the "it's s t and I don't know why I watch it" brigade as those people are nearly as bad) So rock on. It must be riveting to live in a world so wonderful that any criticism of anything is Trolling.

Anybody heard about tickets? I put myself on the list in December and haven't heard anything. How close to the first episode do they open booking? IIRC they tape on Wednesday before?

From BBC2 schedule for Series 19 episode 1:
Clarkson, Hammond and May head to Italy for a supercar shootout featuring the Lamborghini Aventador, the McLaren MP4-12C and the Noble M600.
Their trip starts at the Nardo test track, a facility so massive it is visible from space, before heading north for a nerve wracking drive around the centre of Rome. The journey concludes at the legendary Imola circuit, a track challenging enough to have embarrassed many an F1 driver, with a timed challenge against the incredible skills of the Stig.
Back in the studio, the presenters look forward to some car highlights of 2012.
