I’ve just remembered I can’t remember if I ever finished this. Might revisit the later series although I DO remember everything just being very hard work whilst and after he’d been inside?

In the beginning we were buying boxed sets as soon as they became available.

After a very long break we finished the last series on Netflix, last week.

It definitely slid a very long way downhill, but the happy ending did draw a clear line that its finally over.

Don't think that we will ever re-watch

I've watched S8 and it was a bit harder going, but I haven't seen the final series as I don't think it's been on proper TV yet. When I saw this thread had been updated yesterday I was hoping it was someone telling me it was about to appear somewhere.

We really enjoyed this for a couple of series and then the clever work Mike and Harvey did around the cases, looking for legal ways to do things disappeared and it became more about the infighting of the firm.
Not sure we will finish the last 2 series

I echo your thoughts exactly. Got a little bit soap-opera later in life and I completely lost interest. Realised one day that the last few episodes I watched I had no idea what had happened as I'd drifted off (was glued to the earlier episodes).

I really enjoyed Suits originally, although I was struggling by season 7.

Are seasons 8 and 9 worth it?

I found I was less interested in season 8 than I had been in previous ones, and as the main premise was whether the "big secret" would be found out, it was dropping away a bit a couple of series before that. I'd still like to see 9, though.
