There are 1.5 million activations/day through that area of m/way. You aren't ever going to get them all.

Let me see, 3 lanes each way, vehicles 2 seconds apart for 24 hours, there can't be 1.5 million separate vehicles activating the ANPR.

Do not really want to know how it all works but surely the software might realise that car x is pinging the anpr and where it is going ? It could then be put on a database that covers higher risk cars. Does that even make sense ?
