Best adverts I have seen were both from an advert about the power of advertising on TV.
The one from years ago with a dog putting a kid to bed doing the laundry washing the windows and the most recent one about TV advertising.

The Breaking Bad/Popcorners one is really quite good, lots of effort in it to make it 'proper' including CGI.

My Dad died a year or so ago and was affected by Alzheimers. Luckily only for a short part of his life. This Alzheimers Society advert showing some of the effects of the condition brought tears to my eyes.
