She used to be on mine too - but that voice just became too annoying and whiney. frown

Haha that reminds me of a guy who used to go to my gym and was talking about going on dates with birds from dating sites. After one date he was dead serious about complaining to trading standards about one girl's advert.

Jim Carey - he's a fking tool.
...and can only play himself in every film he does.
Apart from a Random moment of 'Careyness' where he goes slightly mad may I suggest The Trueman Show. His acting is actually pretty great thoughout the film but in the final 15 mins of the movie he is bloody stunning. Really lifted him from my pile of "can't watch" actors in that one movie.

To be fair though I haven't seen another performance since from him that can compare.

Robert Mitchum, Jack Palance don't know why just can't stand them.

Also a little more up to date, Steve Martin another typical unfunny American IMHO.

Russell Crowe, just don't like him.

I also thought Sandler was one dimensional and not very entertaining until I watched Punch Drunk Love.

I like both the above, Palance in Shane is archetypal.

Steve Martin was funny once...:

I would have nominated Adam Sandler however I watched a film called 'reign over me' and it proved he can indeed act. I think he picks the crap films because they're more fun to do.

Samuel L Jackson puts me off a film however I fear I'm the only one who shares this opinion!

Wow! That's quite a pair not to like. Mitchum in Yakuza or El Dorado and Palance in City Slickers are great performances.

Agree on that one. Incredibly unfunny man.

I always shy away from films with (amongst others):

Sandler
Cage
Cruise

and quite specifically, I can't watch anything with Meg Ryan.

Seth Rogen

I just can't stand him, he plays the same character in every film. Comes across as a nob in interviews as well .

I must be in the minority here but I quite like Sandler, he has made more good films than bad IMO.

Happy Gilmore
Wedding singer
Water boy
Little Nicky
50 first dates
Zohan ( disco disco biggrin )

These balance out the crap films for me smile
