Ok its been while since i read book 2 but i dont remember the wes/Joffery scene or is that just showing how evil/twisted he is?

Also, was Renley in a castle in the tv programme or is she going to give birth to twins as i do remember what the castle bit was about in the books. Or do i just have to wait a week?

Kingston, without wishing to spoil it, click the below only if you have read the books

In the book she gives birth to the shadow baby under Storms End to kill the Knight holding the castle and Roberts bd, Edric iirc. I think they have taken the whole Storms End bit and cut it so the shadow baby is now going to deal with Renley only. Thats my understanding of it, I have some info on what is going to happen but its not definite so this is only what I have been told will happen.

Im hoping he will say "up on the roof"

Bron is pretty lucky, in the books he doesnt get nearly as many funny lines as he does in the show.

Thinking about the show tonight, they didnt make much out of the Hound sticking up for Sansa, when Meryn beats her in the book its after the riot in the city and the Hound intervenes before Tyrion gets involved if I remember it correctly. Its the basis for all the Sansa and Hound fan fiction that is around.

I an not sure about the order of events there, it has certainly been tweaked.

Good episode though. Still makes me laugh though, Rob has a lot of facial hair for a 14 year old smile

I think most of us have an understanding of whats going to happen if we've read the books ;-) but

in the books, the 2 instances are seperate and the shadow baby offs Renly first then i guess dies, and she gives birth to a 2nd under the castle - which was the scene we saw - for Edric. Unless on tv, the shadow is going to do both acts in the same night?

I wasnt sure if you had read the books or not. I think Edric Storm has been totally removed from the TV show which is a shame as Penrose was one of the characters I liked. They havent mentioned Storms End at all so I think there is only going to be one shadow baby, which is just as well as it scared the st out of me!

What the hell? How'd I miss that? To be fair I did miss that Sander Clegane was this guy until someone pointed it out to me: http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_lVJvx_FmGKQ/Sxv9eSsaePI/...

For the best I reckon. We don't lose anything from the big story, and there is enough story as it is.
