Not as food as last week but not bad. You could see Lister/Craig holding back his giggles in a few scenes. hehe

That was great, back to the old red dwarf standard imo (i.e, loads of bits where you're cringing as well as laughing!)

Jesus.

Yes?

Brilliant!

They even slipped in an overly long comedy pause when Rimmer was calculating the age for Jesus, good writing.

The quiz for tonights episode is out now.

I managed 18/20. The only questions I got wrong were Q15 and Q19.

This. Really pretty poor overall compared to last week. It just struck me as trying to be too clever. I'll keep saying it, the simplistic jokes are the funniest. I laughed more at JC flogging canvas bags than rest of the episode.

What the whole kidney stone thing about... unfunny pointless scene.

exactly what i was thinking....

that was first episode from the new series i have seen and although i enjoyed it, they need a younger cast, they all look so old now.

Definitley. Even though I've seen Holoship more times than I can count, it still makes me laugh. This last episode just wasn't funny.

Also is it just me, or does the whole thing seem really overplayed so far?

There going for the laughs in this series. Not a bad thing in my opinion.

Didn't think the episode quite gelled together like previous ones but overall I enjoyed it.

I'm waiting to see if they get Holly back for this series???!!!! Hattie or Norman though hmmm?

To be fair, I think Holoship is probably one of the funniest ever episodes.

Last night had it's moments, but it was a little bit stiff at times compared to the last couple of episodes which I think have been pretty entertaining, particularly as I was braced for disappointment.

I think it's nearly there at the moment, all they need is one absolute cracker of an episode and they'll have found the magic again.

I'd agree with this.

Looking at the trailer for next week I think it will be the absolute cracker of the series. But I'm often wrong.....

Definitely not Norman, as he's said there's no way he'd do it after they messed him about with the last one ( asked him to keep his diary free for it then never contacted him )
