Despite the praise being heaped on RG for this show, I still think the on-screen comedy genius is KP.

I lost the will to live with this series half way through due to Tinnie man, but watched the last episode on 4OD last night after reading the comments on here.

All I can say is - what a fantastic piece of TV and right up there with the last episode of The Office. It's probably a contender for something in the next National Television Awards, but I'm not sure quite which award section it'd fit into.

He is fantastic. Having to act basically just as yourself but reading lines must be difficult!

Just watched the last one out of curiosity. I really hope that was meant to be a parody of a typically patronising, cloying, poorly written and terribly acted programme. Otherwise, he's a c**t.

It had all the subtlety of s**tting in your hand and wiping it on a wall.

If the whole series was an exercise in irony, then not as bad. Still not particularly watchable though.

What would win in a fight, aids or rabies? Could you give aids cancer?

At last… I was feeling as if there was something wrong with me!

It was such formulaic slush/tripe, but, I couldn't stop watching it because it was soooo bad. smile

At the end of each days filming they must have been in the pub rolling around the floor laughing!

Lol.... I seriously hope they were! Every time Coldplay came in the juke box they'd all burst into hysterics and high five each other while working out what the Dvd royalties will look like.
