Why would you go to the trouble of making a set of brands for Babylonian numbers then hiding the branding in a place that even pathologists miss? Why not just carve a big f off 4 in the victim's chest? Keenly awaiting Babylonian connection. What's Babylonian for G? smile

Avsked.

I've given up with this.

It's way too complex and dark for my tiny brain to follow.

Note my impeccable Swedish.....nerdbiggrin

I didn't see the first series, but I might download and watch this series on iplayer.

Do I need to watch series 1 first?

You don't need to for the purposes of the crimes they investigating so it could be watched stand-alone, but the previous series give information about Saga's childhood which comes very much to the fore in this one, as well as referencing what happened with the previous Danish cop she worked with in the first two series.

Who is the copper they brought in to talk to Saga's mother, the one with the dodgy ponytail? He was introduced into the show as if he had been in it previously, but I don't remember him at all.

Rasmus, he was in the last one. Google will tell more, he doesn't like Saga and came unstuck by trying to solve a case, but messing it up and getting thrown off it.

Two good episodes again last night, I haven't seen series 1 and 2, are they as good as series 3? There is something about Saga, on the outside she is almost robotic, and very hard faced, but underneath she seems like a lost child, desperate for affection. The relationship between her and Henrik really has developed as the series progressed. Looking forward to the last episodes next week.

And, in PH tradition, Saga is hot!

Yes, they are. It is no co-incidence that series 3 is the most watch thing on BBC4 this year.

Yeah, yeah, I agree and I like her no-nonsense approach to sex, but the really important question is, that 911, bit of a Marmite colour isn't it, so what's the PH verdict?

I'll stick my neck out and say that, personally, I think it looks pretty cool.
