She was not innocent; her hubby was a bent policeman (accepting vice money to look the other way), but worse than that she was born FRENCH ffs. Guilty as charged and cannon fodder grade 1.

I've seen Taken a few times and it is great. I've got the DVD hard extreme something or other edition but haven't watched it yet. Is there much difference to the regular film?

I hadnt seen Taken till a short while ago but it was a great, no brainer,action film. it helped I think that Neeson didnt look the sort to be able to kill every mother fker in the room...until he did.
now we know he's a bad ass.
Loved him at the end too: Sheikh.."lets make a..BANG DEAD SPLAT"

I SO SO SO hope they do a good job on the second, want to see Leland Orser be a real bad MoFo in it too - that guy could really deliver.

I enjoyed the first one (even my girlfriend did!) - it was formulaic but just so very well done.

From the trailers, looks like dad of the guys he killed in #1 sets out to take revenge, kidnaps his ex wife & daughter(who must be really hacked off with it by now) and so he kills them all (again)

He Kidnaps the Neeson Cahracter and His Wife. He gets his daughter out of the Hotel before the "bad guys" turn up. After that all bets are off.
