With new man Simon Davis, so no more of that horrible old woman with the bad teeth.

But I noticed in the preview for the series that Great Fulford is going to be on, that's of course the home of The fking Fulfords as per the name of the fly on the wall series from a few years back. Numerous feral children running around a very old house and generally taking no care in what they damage.

That will just annoy me to watch!

I noticed they were going to be on it.

Haven't they also been on another programme?

That's not bad value for money.
They don't seem to be very successful in this series's in saving the homes.

That did make me laugh.

Fair play to the owner though. Desperate to try and get it finished.
My wife commented that it's probably only for sale to keep the banks happy as she clearly doesn't want to sell it.

I thought that too but how long ago was the programme made? Perhaps the ghost tours and other money making ideas didn't work.

Last visit on the programme was April/May this year when the trial Ghost tour was done.

Chapel Cleeve has been on the market for 2 or more years, it's not new to the market.

Thanks. I've been on that steam line but didn't spot the house - not that I could afford it or would want to live there. Hope it works out for her, she seemed to genuinely love the place.

Finally caught up with the episodes, so safe to come in this topic now smile

that old dear in the ghost house was a bit hopeful wasnt she ?

Bought for £350kish, now advertised at ~£1.7 million... with no real grounds, surrounded by a tatty holiday campsite, and needing a fortune spending on it.. no wonder its not sold in 2 years..

Shame as it looked a lovely house.. surely the obvious thing to do there was wedding receptions, or chop it into flats, but then I guess if they said that every time it would get a bit boring..

Not sure if the new bloke is as convincing as the previous presenter, but guess its early days yet..

These idiots rattling around in these old houses, seems to me like the perfect place to get a bit horticultural, especially that one the other week with the large cellar.

It's hilarious, especially the way they price things. How can they be so out of touch with reality?

Closeted in their own inbred little world with dillusions that they are somehow 'superior'.

Just watching on +1. It's only just started but it looks like a Harry Enfield sketch.
