Quote it up with Phoenix Nights

Well what a night, I didn't know what to expect to be honest I was half expecting an elaborate set but seeing Peter Kaye several times now I should have realised it would be minimal.
Loved every minute of it, my O/H wasn't happy about how loud I was laughing but I couldn't help it, so glad Max and Paddy appeared though.
Fingers crossed there's another series and hopefully another M&P spin off.

Go past the Dutchie upon't left hand side..... Duchie pon paddy... Dutchie pon....
Well, back from my trip up north to watch Phoenix nights live last night, fantastic show, all the acts were very very good, lots of audience participation as it was Valentines.
Great music, comedy, magic tricks and all round good times.
Potter announced in the first half that there was a "celeb" in the crowd, please give a massive big up for Ricky Hatton, which we all did, only for the camera to zoom in on an unsuspecting lady who made Hatton look like Tom cruise, happy she was not, planted or not it was a very funny show.
Ended up having breakfast with 2 of the dwarves (can I call them that) at our hotel this morning, they were both call centre workers from Accrington, LOL, they had just finished a 4 week panto in mid Jan when they got the call for Phoenix nights, pair of funny lads with stories to tell.
So glad I made the 4 hr trek north, only wish it was coming out as a DVD, I pay to watch it again, strange as it would raise plenty more money for Comic relief.
